Net is not working, the battery is getting hot and the charge is running out fast, iPhone users are in trouble

Apple has recently released the iOS 17.2.1 update to fix iPhone battery issues. But the update has now created new problems. Many iPhone users are facing problems to make calls or surf the net after updating to iOS 17.2.1 version. Concerned customers as such problems appear at the beginning of the new year.

As reported by ZDNet, various iPhone users have raised issues related to the iOS 17.2.1 update on the Apple Community Forum. One user wrote, after trying everything from changing the SIM card to getting help from phone companies and stores, his iPhone set is still not getting good connectivity. Even though the signal is showing strong, he is not able to use the internet properly and the phone is getting empty data activation message.

Talking about his experience, the iPhone user said that he uses T-Mobile's connection and in this case he is fully supporting his service provider. After taking the phone to their shop they replaced the SIM twice, first with an eSIM and then they also gave a new SIM card. Personal Hotspot has no IP even though no VPN profile is installed. Only the phone rarely has internet connection. Most of the time a message appears, instructing the user to enable cellular data with service providers, even if the connection shows four times out of five gucs.

Another user said that his daughter's phone is facing the same problem after trying to fix it with Apple Store. Strangely, while the iOS 17.2.1 update is supposed to make batteries last longer, some iPhone 15 users have found that their phones are getting hotter and draining batteries faster than before after the update.

However, Apple has not yet officially announced anything about these issues. However, some community members have given some suggestions, which may help to resolve the network issues caused by the update. Until Apple says something or releases another update, users with the problem can try these suggestions.

iPhone users who haven't updated their phones yet, are now in for a treat. While they hoped that iOS 17.2.1 would make their phones better, there are new problems. With multiple complaints coming in, they are quite worried about whether their iPhones will work as they should after the update.
